Real estate is in his blood. Scott grew up around construction and real estate at an early age. His father owned a construction and remodeling company and Scott tagged along to help oversee various remodels/builds.
Immediately after college, Scott earned his North Carolina real estate license and went to work with a national builder, selling new construction homes. After roughly 7 years, Scott took the knowledge he'd gained from new construction sales and went to work in general brokerage (new and previously owned homes).
Through his twenty years of selling real estate, he's gained experience working with national builders, first time buyers, move-up buyers, down-sizing sellers/buyers, luxury buyers/sellers, and both first time investors and two large/institutional investors.
